They knew our names, they remembered what we drank and even the numbers we root for in roulette. It seemed after the first few nights that we were part of their family. The personal service we received from everyone - management, dealers and servers was impeccable. While it may not be a huge space it had everything we could have wanted or needed. The treatment we received at the Casino at the Ritz was far above anything we expected and far more than we could ever expect elsewhere. we are familiar with some of the major casinos in the states - Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun.
We were met at check-in and received a tour of the casino and were treated as if we had been there many times before. While we are not 'High Rollers' we were treated as such right from the start.
While the casino was one of the reasons we chose the Ritz we were overwhelmed with the whole experience. While the Ritz is always special we were excited with having a casino on site.
